Loved them so much I had to find the same shoe online many years later. They arrived and I love them!!! Great with cropped leggings!!The shoe that shipped is much darker than the vibrant green in the photo; the trim is more red than orange. Sending it back. This is a very attractive shoe -- I love the green with hint of orange. Because of arthritis in my knees and a tendency to over-supinate, I've been finding it increasingly difficult to find shoes that support me without throwing off my gait. These feel great, as do Arcopedico's Queen II. (Some other Arcpedico styles, such as the L14, do not, unfortunately.)I have one criticism, which is the only reason I'm not giving this shoe 5 stars: Much as I love the Arcopedico palette (green, cherry, and burgundy, in particular), it's frustrating when the shoes get scuffed because I've been unable to find any matching polish or stains to spruce them up. If anyone has leads on such a product, I'd love to hear about it. I've tried contacting Arcopedico, but received no response. These shoes have a generous toebox and the straps are snug enough for stability without being so tight as to impede circulation. They are not as cushioned as some comfort shoes but that does add to their stability. I am not focused on arch support but rather general support of the foot and feel these shoes supply that fairly well. These should work for someone like me who spends much of the average day sitting and walks perhaps a mile or so to bus stop and lunch. I would not use these for days I needed to be on my feet for many hours although with an added cushioned insole they would probably do reasonably well for more sustained walking. These are replacing a pair of Arcopedico mary janes which lasted for years.I liked the shoes when they arrived but could not wear them because the throat hit my bunion. Most of your shores are of a soft material which allows for this "feature" of my foot. I had hoped the soft leather would do the same. Unfortunately they did not. The shoes are very attractive. I live at zip code 31522, island off south GA. Is there a store in Jacksonville FL that carries them? I will still continue to try your shoes, I like them and they fit very comfortably, most of the time.Too short, toes were jammed. This is odd because I was sent the wrong shoes and had to return them. The money was refunded. I have seen these shoes on others and they look fine but I find them very expensive. If you can afford them great---I love the red and purple ones--maybe one day.I have two other pairs of this brand of shoe that are a bit more comfortable than this pair. I had to put moleskin in the back because it was irritating my heels.Where these shoes were tight hurt with poor prospect for stretching through use.
